  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces fettuccine

  1. At first, you want to prepare a large pot with boiling salt water. This is where you will cook your pasta at first. Make sure that you drain it well.
  2. Now you need to season the shrimp with a bit of pepper and salt, then put it aside.
  3. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet, keep it at medium high heat. You can add red pepper flakes, oregano and garlic, then you cook. Stir often, do it for up to 2 minutes
  4. Include shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, stir from time to time
  5. Melt the remaining 6 tbsp of butter, then you can stir the parmesan, arugula and pasta. Do that until the arugula wilts, it takes about 2 minutes for that. Stir in the shrimp too.
  6. You can serve everything right away with a bit of parsley as needed.
